Was quite easy to do tbh! I'd be tempted to do it again to do a guide...
Anyway fox.. If you remember my problems stemmed from the car stalling at lights...
injectors, fuel rail, spark plugs, ignition coils all replaced.. that's spark and fuel.. air is fine also..
What did you recommend? lazy tdc? how does one clean that and where is it located? I'm struggling to find it on any documentation.... (p.s I've had it on the machine and no one can detect any faults..) also thanks for the help fox.. really do appreciate it
Ok fox if you see this.. that hasnt worked either.. took it out was a bit rusty looking gave it a wipe with some brake cleaner and no dice... any other ideas? :/

my electrical tester is faulty so i cant test the resistance of the tdc sensor i have - you could have used it to compare figures to see if yours is out of range - only other option is fit a new one
also worth checking the throttle body for oil/carbon build up
you will be starting to get in the realms of fuel pressure checks etc to see if the fuel pump is able to maintain pressure etc
Cheers Red... I've done a throttle body clean as there was a little oil and quite a bit of carbon on it.. The engine really struggled today at idling at the lights and the dreaded knocking sound came back.. After looking around I think I'm going to have the cylinders pressure tested and expect the worse
