Inner tie rod - spacer?

Hi all, am replacing inner tie rods, have taken old ones off and they have what appears to be plastic spacer? Ordered new Sasic ties recommended by Kam Racing which don’t come with these? Any advice appreciated

Thanks, seems a bit naff they didn't come with any but hopefully what I have will be sufficient, they look ok to be fair.
