What worries me is that a 17 Year old lad who has just passed his test, could buy, tax and insure that car as a 1.1 and take it home to his mum who wouldn't know any different!

I know the insurance/tax would be invalid.....

The idea of a 17 year old hooning around in that death trap scares the bejeesus out of me

I know that car. A guy I work with - his mate used to own it, he swapped if for an Audi A4 i believe earlier in the year (maybe late last year)

It is/was very well put together, but I suppose it depends if the owner has looked after it as well as the original owner.

If anyone wants further (genuine, unchavvy) info on it, I can find it out.
