When i bought my R27 i was that excited i did a school boy error and forgot to collect a second key.. over a year and a half later still no second key so does anybody know how much roughly it is to get a new key?

mine was £170 last month, i was origionally asked to pay half but the service receptionist told me there was no charge as the car (an approved used renault) should have came with 2 keys. so i legged it 
got 2 texts and 3 phone calls havent heard another thing from them
