I attempted to fit a HID kit to my bobby basic CUP headlights a while ago, and apart from them looking poo i remember the bulb fitment being interesting. The bulb holder clips in iirc, so the HID bulbs didnt fit. Im now looking at upgrading to projecors but wondered if there was a HID kit someone has purchased that fits all as it should without any bodging going on?!

Can't remember which bulbs the projectors require, but they are different to the standard 200 halogen units. The bulbs fit straight in, very easy job.

Honestly can't remember. But the bulbs fit straight in, there's no hassle with them. Ado is the man to ask.
Cheers for that, altho HIDs says its a H7 but is this for halogen headlights?
Also, they list 35w and 50w. Im after OE look ideally, altho ive noticed some aftermarket HIDs to be just blue dim dots?!
