Help removing parts of my clio 200

Hi I want to remove my fog light surrounds and the bottom grills, do I need to remove my front bumper to do this ? Also if any of you guys have any tips on how to remove front bumpers grills and fog light surrounds please post below

Yea you do. And I'm sure there's a guide on how to remove the bumper in the How To section.
