Help! No hot air!

Morning, typically on one of the coldest mornings since owning the car the blowers aren't blowing out any hot air. Blowers seem to work fine, Inc front demisters just doesn't blow hot or even warm air.
I've checked the coolant it's spot on and hasn't gone down? I haven't messed with anything since it did work (previously replaced the stereo but it had been working). Checked the cabin filter to see if it was damp and that's perfectly dry?

Any ideas, me and my boy are freezing!

I have heard somewhere that this can often be caused by the engine thermostat (https://www.angieslist.com/articles/why-isnt-my-car-heater-working.htm) not working properly. I am no expert so this may be complete lies but hopefully someone with more knowledge may be able to comment further.

The outer sheath of the cable which controls the temperature will of come out of its mounting point when you've messed with the stereo.
Take it all back out and the problem will be pretty easy to spot and rectify.

Cheers guys, forgot to update this thread. I think the coolant had an airlock during the change. Ran it a couple more times and bleed it, coolant level dropped slightly but heating slowly came back. Topped up and it's been perfect since.
