Help needed

Hello everyone,
Just got Mij 197 back from the garage who did a synchro mesh change,
Clutch felt like new at first but when we went for a drive back home after 20 minutes the car really needed some force to go in gear anyone knows if a gearbox oil change can this?

It could be that the shifter cables aren't fully seated, I had this where one of them was loose I was struggling to get out of gear sometimes

Clutch could need bleeding again

Gearbox oil could play a part but I don't know whether it would mean you need to force it in!

forcing it in...has the clutch been bleed right????

if anything it should get better as the oil warms up
