Help needed. New noise. Video included.

Hi guys. Hope someone can help. I've been getting this noise coming from the offside of the car and I only get the noise after a spirited drive whereas when the engine is cooler, it's not as loud. I can only hear the noise when idling and it stops immediately when switching off the engine. I've also checked the oil, it's not the highest but it's above the minimum amount. I'm hoping it's a common problem and can be easily fixed. If anyone recognises this noise please let me know your thoughts.

FYI I've got a diagnosis from the garage and they think it's the tensioner so looks like a fix of no more than £100 with doing the belt too.
