Hello from South Africa (220 Trophy)

Welcome along - what a great looking car the Trophy is!
With that kind of spec you won't really need to do any mods unless you have anything in mind?

THanks! I had a Polo GTI (twincharged) before

I actually love it as is, the exhaust, the wheels, the height. All perfect.
I would love to get the RS16 bodykit! but relating to more grounded goals, blacken my badges, maybe software (minimal gains only). Keen to learn about the wear and tear, what to expect in terms of tires, brakes, clutchpacks etc... so I can plan ahead.

Yes, I've had mine for just over 6 months now and I was very happy with the whole package, but in the past week I have just done a couple of light modifications - you might get some inspiration from my thread here.
In terms of wear and tear, I've had no issues, but I've only covered 3,500 miles in the time I have owned it, but taken it on one track day. It should be a very enjoyable car to own :smile:
Is it me, or do you not have front parking sensors??

No front parking sensors either. We dont have a rear camera as standard here either. but the Akrapovic and RS monitor as well as heated leather seats are standard spec. Ill check out your thread.. thanks!

My gf was also 'you're not getting a chavvy yellow car' so white was graciously accepted.. funny how she didn't pay a penny towards it :rage:
Strange how the Trophy spec changes depending on the country, but I'd certainly be happy with leather and the Akra!
Anyway, the pictures are great and black badges would look very nice. The first picture looks like it belongs in a brochure :hearteyes:
