Hi everyone im a new owner of clio rs200 from australia.

Wondering is it worth doing kn pod intake mode?
Whats the best mod it can be done to increase at least a few horses.?
I was reading a few threads people are removing the middle section silencer and it causes flat spot some say the front some the rear, which one is it

Hello and welcome mate, from what I've read and found out k&n will probably reduce performance, I'd go for either Ktec or itg, for Any gains. Hope that helps.

No worries, Ktec is British based Renault specialist company who manufacture/supply performance parts and itg is a competitor to k&n and build performance air induction kits/ filters, the one for clio is a maxogen system, sorry to say not sure if either supply to Australia but others on here may no better. Hope that helps.

You did thanks, what about removing the cat/silencer i just want some sound i know N/A cars are too loud even when swapping rear muffler only, which one would be the best to remove?

To be honest can't comment on silencer/cat being removed as I've never done it mate, I just fitted a new stainless exhaust which sounds nice but not to load, sorry can't help on this one.

Ktec/ITG induction, 64MM Throttle body, cat back w/ decat + a remap. About as much as you can do without a Megane engine!

reading a few topics about the throttle body everyone has idling problems? and the revs settle down at 1000 from what i have picked up, is it worth doing it?

Welcome mate, doing the air filter should get you off to a good start. I would go for a full stainless system as the standard one weighs an awful lot! Nothing to much more to add... I think k-tec will ship out, they're pretty good like that.
