Headlight relay needed

I know this is the wrong section but I'm in need of a headlight relay for a 197

my headlights won't go off and found its the relay that's at fault

There's a control unit next to the battery in a black box that's ur UPC it's all one unit

So it turns out the relay looks to have blown and melted all the connections to it causing my lights to stay on. Took it out. This happened to anyone before? The other 3 relays are fine. Looks like a whole new UPC needed. Wonder if I could claim against renault lol as surely it shouldn't just blow up?!?
