Haunted Window

Thought I'd left the window open by mistake last week but this morning got up to the sound of my alarm going off. Window all the way down.

Went out to the car to grab a charging cable last night and it was definitely shut and car locked.

I've fitted deflectors, however it seems weird why it would just come down whilst the car is locked and off? Regulator issue? Or just put it down to French electrics?

Could be the regulator, or perhaps the glass is fouling on the deflector and causing it drop?? Shooting in the dark here, but trying to shed a bit of light.

Glass can foul on it when going up then automatically stop...

Yeah it fouls occasionally on the deflector but just stops midway..then will go up next push of the switch. Hasn't done it again since so fingers crossed it was having a funny five, but if it happens again I may strip it down and replace the regulator for peace of mind..I don't keep anything valuable in there but it's got an expensive stereo fitted and I'd rather the car be where I parked it when I go to get it...
