Harder to shift gear after track day

After track day, the gear shifting is not smooth anymore,
I have changed the gearbox oil, but it seem doesn't work.

What should I do??

sounds like you may have an airlock in your hydraulic system. boiled fluid may be the culprit as it takes a feed directly off your brake resevoir

happened to me half way round cadwell and i completely lost all clutch.

drop the fluid from the back of the resevoir to the gearbox and replace. may also be worth bleeding the brake system too

Change your brake fluid like Ashton said, I'd also change your gearbox oil too.
If it's been difficult to engage gear your best getting the old oil out the box for all it'll cost you.

he has already swapped the gearbox oil

Certainly sounds like the fluid in the clutch line is at the end of its life. Full system flush, clutch and brakes.
