H&R 30/40 springs with 19mm spacers

As the title, can anyone upload a pic or shed some light on this setup on a standard R27? Any advice with it fitted? Rubbing?
 
With my 197 it was fine until I had to drive 300 miles with the under tray loose which pulled the front arch liners loose. So ever since then they rub slightly when on lock, as I still owe people money I haven't got round to fitting new liners yet. It was fine beforehand but I had to turn around on a single track road and the grass verge pulled my old splitter off and the under tray loose.

Ah ok, it should be ok with mine then if the liners are all secure?
