Gutted scuffed alloys

Some d**k head lorry driver almost smashed right into me, had to swerve out of the way n scuffed passenger side alloys, the back one is worse !! Feel like crying Any suggestions on best place to get em refurbished ??

The wheel specialist are doing a 20% discount until 18th march and do powder coating.
or
Smart wheels who don't do powder coating but are cheaper.

Both do a same day drop off n pick up, however the wheel specialist charge for taking the tyre off n putting back on.

Stripping wheels/tyres off car
stripping wheels back to bare
refurbing each
powder coating anthracite from silver
Wax coat
New valves and balancing

I need to get mine done too, not sure what to do though, full refurb or just repair. I just can't decide on the colour, whether I like the standard silver or if I should go anthrecite.
