In the next 2 years the greenies that thought they could drive toyota prius and others will have to start paying.

I always thought it was a tax rather than a "green" incentive.

Way to go to put small businesses out of business. That's my point, its ridiculous. I appreciate they're high emissions but until some smart arse comes up with the way of making a 10 tonne truck run on electric all day it ain't happening!
