Gordini RS From South Africa

Hey Guys im a noob to Clio RS's, I just purchased a Clio Gordini RS after owning a Megane F1 for 3 years and im loving the clio.
I have a question about a Thump i hear only when the car stands over night or for looong periods (8+ hours)

I get a thump when i completely release the clutch and drive off. any ideas?

I know that I get a thump sometimes when I set off on a journey after the car has stood still for some hours and I think this is the rear brakes binding a little bit, next time you set off wind the window down and see if the noise comes from the front or back.

Any other help you need just shout

I get this too in the meg occasionally and did in the clio, am fairly sure it just the breaks binding as other have said.

Doesnt happen too often, is usually if i wash the car and then leave it until the next day to move/drive it
