glove box bulb - how to access it

just about to fit my last blue bulb and cannot access the glove box light, surely we do not have to take the whole glovebox out

Its just a flat head driver i think the clear cover just pops off

he tried that tonight but no luck, maybe screwdriver too big

It'd probably be easier to take the glove box out, which isn't very difficult providing you have some torx bits it's a 5-10 minutes job to have it off and back on.

Then you can get to it properly.

I tried to change the bulb without taking the glovebox out but I couldn't. Taking the box out seemed the only way forward, 5 min job, there is a ''sticky'' very detailed guide in this section. Hope that helps
