Getting to strut tops

How do you remove the plastic panel that covers the strut tops in the engine bay?

Are they just plastic screws holding it in place?

First you need to remove the wipers, then remove the rubber strip at the front of the panel.

Unscrew the 4 plastic screws on each side and it will come away.
