Genuine engine oil where can I find it.

My car is in England at the minute. I have a top-up oil message: I'm driving from Donnington over to Warrington in an hour or two Does anyone know who has genuine Elf oil on the shelf in that area been driving around Derby for an hour? Renault doesn't have anything? Diamond Motors has none, although the guy seemed under pressure. Have paid over the odds for the same spec 4ltr but don't want to mix them.

You probably won’t find ELF oil in the UK as they pulled out years ago. Primary reason probably a set to with the government over the scam they tried to pull on the Frigg gas field!!
