the 5 speed takes 2.5l so its strange the 6 speed lakes 2.

what grade you reckon is best? im trying to improve the cold running of the gearbox a little so maybe 70w-80

the 6 speed is very compact gearbox and like a lot of things these days will take the minimum amount of oil

i dropped the oil out and it had 1.8ltrs in so i put 1.8 litres back in - check the level a few weeks later and it was well up on the filler hole

as for grade stick to the 75-90 or what ever it states but go for a quality synthetic oil - they always flow better and provide better protection whilst still reducing drag8)

what i used - http://www.valvoline.be/index.asp?pageid=a0a0bb829a02484b925addb149b702d5

I have looked on opie oils website mate.

When you say discount is that only available if you are a paid member on here?
I only ask as i'm looking at getting some gearbox oil. Swaying more towards Millers oil.
