i had this with an rx7 i sold not knowing that the invoice for the engine rebuild was fake from a previous owner, the guy i sold it too threatened to take me to court unless i brought the car back

they even broke the car on the test drive and still got it picked up by the aa

im freaking out so in the end i took the car back only to find the radiator is screwed and the rear tyres are shot but my hands are tied because of the fraudulent rebuilt docs

so ive still got it with no engine and no radiator

i just couldnt risk getting dumped with court fees

Andy that's terrible, was there no way you could've just pointed him in the direction of who you bought the car from, or even let it go to ocurt and then counter claimed against who you bought it from!?!

my hands were completly tied because of this invoice and i didnt have the details of the previous guy anymore. its messed me up for a bit but ive got another engine sittin in my garage so its getting fitted and getting sold for more than i paid for it lol
