Fuel filter?

Does anyone know where it is located on a 200? The car is holding back when the engine is not completely upto temperature below 3000rpm. I've covered around 32500km (~20200 miles) in two years time. I tried putting in Wynn's formula gold petrol system treatment and it does help a little bit but still not 100% so maybe time to change the fuel filter...
Or could it be something else...

built into tank iirc service life is circa 120000 miles

fuel pump and filtet one item - change interval 144,000 miles

i would check other things - lambda sensors can cause faults

plugs could be in poor condition - you need to check the "basics" before jumping in and spending big money!
