Front Side lights on 200T

Because the 200T has DRL's the normal side lights (inside the headlight unit) are disabled although they still have bulbs in them.

My question is can they be re-enabled and if so how?

I know they are not really needed but I think it would look better with side lights and DRL's at the same time.
