Front left Lens not working Clio 197

Greetings Guys!
Have problem with my left front lens on my Clio 197.
Right one working and left is dead... Does anyone know maybe some tip how to fix it or where is problem? Is it Bulb insed or i have to change whole lens? is it possible to replace it at home or i have to go to local car service? thx
 
H7 is for standard bulbs, I think xenon have different codes if I'm not mistaken.

I said it might be the bulbs, but before you buy them check its not anything else.
