Front Discs/Pads

Time for new brakes soon, pads a pretty worn at 33k might get a few more thousand out of them. All I'm bothered about is braking performance, discs have a tiny lip on them but no scoring do you all think these should be okay? (This is the first brake change the car will have seen). Also the big decision:

I like the standard Brembo Pads, seem to do the job...But obviously out there will be better...

So...

I've already ruled out red stuff (Personal preferences)
