Front Bumper ~ Issue

Hi guys,


Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem with their front bumper, had it off to install some new projector headlights.


Two bolts on each wing which hold it in place, on the passenger side, after driving the car it pops out slightly and I have to keep pushing it back.


Anyone experienced similar?

I've had the exact same issue when changing from reflectors to projectors. Tried everything to try and pull it in but nothing worked. It kept popping back out and leaving a slightly wider gap. Learnt to live with it now.

I have an R27 and still had this issue when refitting the bumper on passenger side, drilled 2 small holes and cable tied it instead of putting the bolt back in, lines up perfectly now.

I have the same on my 200 since taking my bumper off, need to take it off and try again.

Like in the above link - if you just make a wedge of some sort and put it on the bar so it lifts the plastic underneath the light up it will sort your bumper problem out did it on mine and it worked a treat
