front bumper grills removal

How do you remove the three grills from the 197 front bumper as I want to clean them up and put my carbon intake in.

Give them a sharp tug! Get your fingers under the bottom headlight side corner and pull from there.

They're quite well stuck in, but should come out like Ben has said. Not sure about the bottom grill though.

give it a push inwards? seen someone on here with a pheseant that his dislodged it, although thats not the reccommended method.
