For Sale threads deleted ?

I dont know who looks after the For Sale section but a thread of mine has disappeared.

Fair enough keeping the place tidy but could we maybe have a wee system in place where proir to For Sale threads being deleted a standard email is sent out to make sure it's ok to delete it ?

I only found this out when I went hunting for it after someone enquired about my cage...did I still have it etc.

for sales were deleted up to end of january 2012...

Bit rubbish as my cage had been for sale for while. Not really an item I expected to sell quickly.

Though its gone now

Even a Sticky warning us when it happens in future.

the for sale section is under review all the time and the cleaning/removing of "old" posts done for a reason
