Fix for noisy engine cooling fan/radiator fan

Hi all
Engine fan is noisy, especially after some damp weather. Noticable more when the AC is turned on as that starts it up. Is bad initially but over a minute or so the noise dies down.

Has anyone found a solution to this? Is it a replacment job? These units are pretty pricey, can anyone suggest where to get one if that is the fix please
