First MOT

Got a phonecall last night from Renault trying to book me in for my first MOT.

Obviously you dont get a reminder like you do with your tax so unsure as to when it runs out.....first day it was registered? Where do i find that info?

Is it possible to get your first MOT done early enough that any failures are covered by the final month of warranty?

Im bricking it, bet you they find something that Renault missed over, and over, and over, and over again.

Its on your registration document (V5C), date of first registration should be there so 3 years after that (4 years if your in Northern Ireland). And yes you can MOT it early, up to 4 weeks I believe. If you do it early be sure to say to the tester it's early as your MOT should run from that date to the original MOT date i.e over a year.
