Engine top end ticking noise

Hi, after some info on a fairly noisy ticking noise when idling, same whether it's cold or hot.
Seems to be from top of engine, asked a couple of friends and they seem to think its just injector noise but its pretty loud metallic like ticking. Only owned the car for about 5 months not been used very much as its not my daily driver, only noticed this recently as i happened to be standing in front of car when it was running, cant say if its been there since I purchased car.
Any info from fellow 200t owners appreciated.

Its a 2014 200t lux with only 7300 miles,

Mines the same at tick over
If you lift the revs a little it goes away
I thought it was the injectors being noisy at idle with to much fuel pressure

Its normal for this Nissan supplied engine to sound like that bud. Mine was the same for 30k no issues.

If you listen to a Nissan Juke Nismo R they sound exactly the same as they have the same engine just manual gearbox.

being direct injection doesnt help..they seem to have a slightly course tickover
