Engine sound after starting

Hi all

Right after starting the engine, there is a kind of bearing noise audible from the timing side.
It gets quieter the longer the engine is running, but never disappears completely.

The timing belt, water pump, dephaser and all the pulleys are new. The engine has about 120k miles.

The idle is also sometimes a little bit rough (although that's possibly exaggerated by the polyflex mounts) + some kangerooing when it's cold.

Does anyone recognize this sound? I don't want to replace another engine, it's the 3th one already :grimacing:

Could also be the alternator, AC pump, or tensioner.
Removing the drive belt will confirm that it's either of the, but won't help you single out the issue.
