Help me out guys!
My car has a misfire when the engine is warmed up, it won’t rev above 4K and the needle jumps all over the place, immediate loss of power. After it’s done this it feels significantly down on power as if it’s missing a cylinder or two. I get check injection/ check esp on the dash and the eml light flashes. Once I go to use the car again the problem just repeats itself once the cars warm and it’s revved above 4K.
The garage said it was a problem with the throttle body or throttle pedal so I replaced them both myself with used parts. I still get the same problem which is driving me mad. I’ve also changed plugs, injectors and coils but hasn’t fixed it. First car I’ve had where I’ve tried to do the work myself.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions before I take it to another Renault specialist for more diagnostics.
Any suggestions would be great, before I gas myself inside it.
