I used the 3M stuff Mes linked too also.
Was a cold day when i did mine.....so i 'activated' the sticky-ness with a hairdryer and made sure both surfaces were clean. No issues so far

Yeh i dare not take the wifes Dyson hair dryer in the garage she would not be happy!!

Probably dont want to post that on a public forumMe neither. Thats why i chickened out and bought my own for such occasions......
