Hi all,
I have a issue with the emissions 2007 197.
Car has a resonated, Milltek Cat back.
AS performance EC approved, homologated cat (Brand New)
Lamdas changed 30K KM's ago
KN Filter
Standard Manifold
NGK plugs and coils 40K KMS
Oil Changed every 6000 KMS and not using any oil.
200K KMS mileage.
New thermostat, water, fuel pumps 40K KMS
Cam belt, dephaser, all done at Renault 40K KMS
Last year at ITV, the car passed *just* with this same setup. This year, failed emissions and the Renault dealer tested it, said that the catalyser failed and we fitted a new homologated cat, same make as the previous years pass.
Renault tested the car after fitting the new cat, and said all good on emissions, we retested and failed ITV with readings, exactly the same as the initial test results.

Seeking any advice in diagnosing the issue, where to look, how to pass.
I am reluctant to use the cataclean, but have it. Car is running perfectly, no flat spots, no issues, no lights, no error codes and clean revs through the rev range.
