Emails?

I know you get an email once the factory recieve the order. But do you get one when it comes off the production line?

My dealer seems to think you do and I've not had mines yet. (was due to be finished on wednesday)

Yes, I received an email last night so say mine had left the factory. My arrival date (at the dealers) still remains the 20th December. Is this likely to change?

When I was at the dealers last week they showed me the screen and the garuanteed day of delivery at dealers was 15th of dec. Still no email of it having left the factory though.

A lot of my correspondence to the dealer went via email but the confirmation emails were from Renault rather than the dealer.

Didnt get an email but got a letter and a pack of cards from Renault, made my day lol

Win got my email from renault on the way home tonight.

Said its left the factory and due here week begining the 13th. Get in!!!!!!

I had updates from Renault with an ETA and also a fab' dealer who kept me informed all along the process, couldn't fault them at all, best car buying experience I've had by far.

Me neither.

First I knew of my car's arrival was a phone call, two weeks before the scheduled delivery date, from the salesman; "Your car is here, when do you want to collect it?"
