Electronic fault on dashboard.

Hi,

One of my door lights had broken and got jammed when shutting the passenger door. I have since changed the bulb and changed the interior fuses but to no avail.

Now none of my interior lights, automatic headlights, or boot are working. There is a message saying electronic fault and the wrench light stays on.

Any suggestions?!

check your fuses - one inside the car and another under the bonnet

errmmm you check each one!

from what you describe its blown a fuse and thrown up a fault!

Ok so I reset my battery and now the electric fault is away, but still nothing is working. So I tried all the fuses with a multimeter and all seem to be fine.

I read somewhere that on a multimeter some fuses appear to be fine but infact have blown. Is this the case?

if you look in the manual pg 5.20 theres a couple of fuses that control the items you say are not working

as for testing them - nothing better than substitution of a known good one!

there is also a secondary fuse box under the second air inlet on the n/s/f side!!
