Best get saving..

no point paying best part of 300 - 350 to pull the gear out to change it and then the same again a year later

Totally agree, but i guess when we whip the gearbox out it will be easy to tell how much life the existing one has in it.

only a really rough guess, but if u r planning on going track days then best to get a new one in there

Whilst front ends off 230/225 engine in. SORTED!
