Drivers door dropped and when opening the door its nipped to marks in the door

I have only recently bought my clio 200 from a garage and paid good money for it , when i open the door 3 quaters of the way it makes a clunk and mas made 2 marks like nips on the door has any one else had this ish with the clio doors
