Dripping blue underside?

Hey guys, I noticed the silhouette of these protrusions under the car. I took a closer look and saw this:



What is it? We're looking pretty much under the drivers' seat here. The material is firm, but bendy. Something melted?

Obv I could just cut them off...just wondered wtf is is as it wasn't there before.

Just looks like under-seal ( was on my phone earlier so couldn't see your sig ), can't quite make out where abouts that is underneath but looks near the front on the drivers side?

Would need to be near something fairly hot to melt though, over 80 degrees if it's similar to the stuff you get off the shelf. Of course it could have just always been that way?

Yeah you're right there. It is just under the drivers' seat in fact. It wasnt there before or I'd (I'd hope) had seen it.
Perhaps nowt to worry about. I'll cut it off and watch out for more

its underseal/sound proof coating.....just been applied liberally :bat:

It will have been there from factory, it's blue because its painted over. If it had melted I doubt the paint would stay in place!

It may have been dirty and its somehow got cleaned (puddle, drove over something, power washer etc) so now you can see it. Nothing to worry about.
