Clutch rattle?

Hi
When i release the clutch sometimes i feel rattling/chills/shuddering ,what can it be

The shuddering sounds like your clutch is slipping a little, but it depends how much it's shuddering really. Is it only when moving away from stationary, or when you're driving and changing gear do the revs rise without the car actually accelerating?

Nah its not that but i had this one in my corsa opc and it started to be on the b3 sti too but its nothing i guess
In my clio it doesnt do sounds only feeling clutch /leg

I will check later with some methods like 2 gear to 5 and from 2 or 3 with handbrake on standing and will see if it is all good then its not something inside the clutch ( maybe cable or something ).
So far it doesnt seem like slipping clutch just weird feeling from the pedal
