clutch pedal clicking noise

Does anybody know how to stop the clutch sensor making a clicking noise.
This isn't the only time this has happened, but the last time it was under warranty and I took it back to the dealership.

How did the dealership manage to stop it clicking though? Spose I'm happy to accept the noise is normal.

I've got a clicking sound two thought the metal cover on pedal was loose

If you are talking about my thread the clicking was a spring in the clutch mechanism, the dealer re-greased the spring. Spraying some WD40 under there should do the trick.

Spraying WD40 will drive out the remaining grease so initially while the WD40 is fresh it will be better, when the WD40 dries out it will be worse than before as no grease left - better to spray some grease instead
