Clio RS200 reverse light

Hi there new to posting but looking for a little help, recently bought a mk3 Clio rs200 which I love. I have no reverse light & the bulbs are good, I know there is a switch under battery but before I pull this out is there a fuse that I don’t know about? Also the fuse holder for the cigarette lighter has no power to it & just wondered if they are connected?
