200: Clio 3rs 200 difficulty changing gear at high revs?

I’m having difficulty changing gear at high revs 1st, 2nd, and 3rd basically when I’m booting it, it doesn’t feel like synchros as there’s no crunch so maybe clutch?

I had it with 6th gear and downshifting into 2nd. Previous owner had put some GL5 oil. I solved it going back to original Elf stuff.

I’m gonna change the gear oil and bleed the clutch will report back soon as I get a day off to do it
