Clio 200 new style top mount lowering springs

I want to lower my clio 200 cup what are the springs that would take it the lowest and the best place to buy them from

There's a set of 30mm H&R's for sale in the parts section on here for the smaller top mounts

Are they the 30mm ones ? How easy to fit iv heard there a bit fidly on these ?

Easy bud.

Drop link undo
Anti rotation link undo
Pinch bolt off
Spring compressor the shock/spring an inch or so.
Tap hub with hammer, shock will pop out
Undo top mount.

Compress spring further
Remove top mount
Swap springs

Reassemble.

Easy peasy

I did coilovers at the weekend in 3.5 hours.
