Clio 200 - Cambelt Interval - Can anyone confirm 100%?

As above please.

Researching on-line, there appears to be some ambiguity about when it actually needs to be done. There is misleading information on other sites about when it needs to be changed, service records say 72K, but then other sites say 5 years or 72k.

Does anyone have any solid evidence or can confirm when it's actually supposed to be done please, preferably with some substantiation from Renault?

For the 197 it is 72k miles or 5 years, whichever came first. It changed with the 200 to 6 years/72k. Which is where the ambiguity is that you mention. What does it say in the service book for your car?

Weird.. I heard 5/90km( the first) and been told by some advices to go for 4/90

As above, it's now 6 years for the 200's.

Indeed just to echo the above. 6 years for 200 and early 197s are 5 years...

I see,if my car is 2011 model but got on the road at 6/13 so count from 13" or 11"?

I would go from 2011 as the rubber will perish whether it is being used or not

It's also dependent on your country. You may have different intervals in your country. Best to ask Renault or read your service book.
