Clio 197 upgrades?

Im looking for a louder tone to my car. But dont want to lose power...

I read a while ago about induction kits on this car infact being worse...

Also looking into a full exhaust system in the next 6 months, decat aswell.

Any reccomendations and cost ideas would be great thank you

You can get the KTR Pro performance exhaust for the 197 and this is rated relatively well through out member on here, i have heard one fitted to a Clio 200 and it does sound very nice to be fair. I think its fairly good value for money or atleast on par with what other exhaust systems cost from other manufacteurs. £450 from Ktec i think!

For the time being I would get an ITG panel filter, gives a little bit more noise which should tide you over until you fit the zorst. Getting it from Camskill was about £40-£45 not too long ago.

Yes, i too have an ITG filter and they are a good, worthwhile modification!

+1 for yozzasport exhaust here. Think they are a bit more than the ktec ones, but definitely worth it. Don't get an induction kit lol.

In the mean time, spend less than £100 and get an itg panel and have the center silencer replaced for a straight peice. Cheap and good sounding results.

It most probably would require mapping as u would lose the back pressure balance.

Flat spot is abit more noticeable but not too bad.

There are a couple of people who have done the silencer, there's even a vid with deako's 200 and another on last years Welsh trip of Dotty's 197.
