Clio 197 map sensor issue

Hi there i read the thread on the loose map sensor so i had a look and the nipple bit has snapped so i bought a cheap ebay map sensor and fitted it but now the car is not running rite the revs are up and down and its got quite a bad flatspot so im gunna ring renault in the morning to price a map sensor up can any body give me a rough price and do they stock them

Yeap, the cheap ebay ones do not work I'm afraid. Last time I checked it was around £70. There is a trader section in here, you can pop the question

Thanks for the help the car was fine i had to remove the inlet manifold to remove the broken off nipple i cleaned the throttle body but now its got me worried do the issues sound like the map senor its hessitating very bad at low revs and almost stalled the back fired just hope its down to the cheap map sensor
